Traici Sexton - Investigator / CEO
Traici Sexton has owned and operated a Private Investigations Agency since 2003. She holds a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology and is currently working toward completion of a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology.
After more than six years on the road as a bail enforcement agent (bounty hunter) and three years as an instructor for the Georgia Association of Professional Bondsmen, Traici now uses her specialized skills for finding "hard-skips" to locate witnesses, dead beat dads, debtors, and loved ones. With a higher than 95% success rate since 2003, the question is never "if" Traici will find 'em, it's only a matter of "when".
She also has extensive experience in criminal defense investigations, including two Georgia death penalty cases. She has also applied her skills in murder, manslaughter, theft, assault, kidnapping, child pornography, and identity theft investigations. She has gained a reputation for her "out of the box" thinking, and her ability to read people and see things others overlook.
It was Traici's investigation that uncovered the Deputy Chief of Epidemiology of the Center for Disease Control, Scott McCombs', involvement in child pornography and lead to his arrest and subsequent conviction in 2005. Also in 2005, one of Traici's complex Atlanta area Identity Theft cases was profiled on The Montell Williams Show. In February 2007 she moved into action to find a 9 yr. old boy that had been kidnapped by his father 6 yrs earlier. And in 2010 she asserted her expertise by appearing on Swift Justice with Nancy Grace as an Identity Theft Expert.
Additionally, in 2008 Traici began a long professional relationship with one of Atlanta's top rated morning radio shows when Blue Dog was named "The Bert Show Private Investigator" of Atlanta's Q100 The Bert Show. Since that time, Traici has located numerous people for Bert Show listeners and has reunited loved ones on the air. Most recently she united the sister of a fallen American WWII hero with a man in Italy who was just a boy during the war and witnessed the pilot being shot down. The man wanted to thank the WWII hero's family for their sacrifice in the effort to bring democracy to his country. It was poignant and sweet and Traici made it happen.
During 2010 Traici hopes to take on more criminal defense work, expand Blue Dog's surveillance teams, and build up the Supervised Visitation services introduced in 2009. Her long term aspirations are to complete her Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology and build Blue Dog into a full service legal support agency to include trial consulting, medical records retrieval, and trial presentation services.
